1. To finish the 8k
2. If my shins like me, finish within 1 hour 10 minutes
3. If my shins hate me, work on goal # 1 :)
I had an ok run on Wednesday, but my shins have really been hurting me. When running the first few km's I tell myself its like a broken heart...it hurts for the first little while but than really does get better. Usually by the 3rd or 4th km the pain is almost gone....just gotta make it through the pain! :) And remind myself, I am running crooked to finish!
