I know your excited.......it's time for

"RUNNING ACCESSORIES WITH BARCLEE"

This is my newest toy, a cloth filled with some sort of weird beads that you soak in cold water and than wear around your neck or head while running. It is supposed to stay cold for a few hours to help cool you on really hot runs (aka every one of my last few runs). I tried it tonight and was not thrilled unfortunately. It worked ok, but I only did 4km and by the end I found it more lukewarm than cold. It does say if you want it colder to leave it in the fridge for a bit, so I think I will try that next time, before giving up on this accessory. Plus, for only 8$ it's worth a second chance!
